Oven Roasted Potatoes & Carrots

Simple oven roasted potatoes and carrots. Just toss with oil, seasoning salt, Italian seasoning and roast in the oven, while you work on the main course.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 5 carrots peeled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut potatoes and carrots into chunks.
  • Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil and then Italian seasoning and seasoning salt.
  • Place on a large pan or baking dish in a single layer and roast 40-50 minutes or until tender.
