- 1 spice grinder
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Calcium Carbonate
- 1/4 Cup Bentonite Clay
- 3 TBSP Birch Xylitol grind
- 1 TSP Mineral Salt Redmond Real Salt- grind
- 3 TBSP ground mint leaves grind
Instructions
- Grind mint leaves, salt, and birch xylitol.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a non-metallic bowl (bentonite clay should not interact with metal), combine the bentonite clay, calcium carbonate, birch xylitol, mint, salt, and any optional dry ingredients like activated charcoal or ground spices.
- Store: Transfer the finished powder to an airtight glass jar or container.
- How to Use- Dip a wet toothbrush into the powder, or sprinkle a small amount onto your wet brush head or put a little into the palm of your hand and dip your wet toothbrush into it.Brush your teeth as you normally would.
