- Grind mint leaves, salt, and birch xylitol.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a non-metallic bowl (bentonite clay should not interact with metal), combine the bentonite clay, calcium carbonate, birch xylitol, mint, salt, and any optional dry ingredients like activated charcoal or ground spices.
