Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 5 carrots peeled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut potatoes and carrots into chunks.
  3. Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil and then Italian seasoning and seasoning salt.
  4. Place on a large pan or baking dish in a single layer and roast 40-50 minutes or until tender.
