How to Make Homemade Dinner Rolls
Start by adding the warm milk, yeast, sugar, flour, eggs, salt, and softened butter into a large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
Knead the dough using a dough hook or by hand until the dough becomes soft, smooth, and elastic.
Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise until noticeably puffy and doubled in size.
Once risen, gently punch down the dough and divide it into evenly sized portions using a kitchen scale for uniform rolls. Roll each portion into a smooth dough ball and place onto a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
Cover the rolls and allow them to rise again until doubled in size and fluffy.
Bake until the rolls are golden brown. Remove them from the oven and brush immediately with melted butter for a soft buttery crust.
Serve warm or allow them to cool completely before storing.
