- Using a knife, slice down the middle of the vanilla bean length wise to expose the beans. Cut the bean as needed to fit into your bottle or leave whole. Then place 10 beans in each 8 oz jar
- Using a funnel if needed pour your alcohol of choice into the bottle so the beans are fully submerged. Put the lid on and shake a few times.
