Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup broth

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, taco seasoning, salsa, and broth to the instant pot.
  • Cover and set to pressure cook for 30 minutes. Make sure the vent knob is sealed. (It will take 10 -15 minutes to come to pressure before timer starts).
  • When the cook time ends allow the pressure to naturally release about 10 minutes. Then release the remaining steam from the vent knob.
  • Remove the chicken from the instant pot and shred it with two forks. Place the chicken back in the pot to let it soak up some of the juices for a few minutes or until you're ready to serve.
