Add all ingredients to a bowl in the order listed.
Knead the dough with dough hook on your mixer or by hand.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise 60 to 90 minutes (it will be noticeably puffy, so make sure it a large bowl).
Gently punch down the dough and break off chucks of dough weighing 50 grams each and roll them into a dough ball and place on a parchment paper lined or greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise until double in size, 30 minutes to an hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 12-14 minutes.
Brush with melted butter while warm
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat to soften them up after storing.
