Dinner Rolls
Easy, soft and delicious dinner rolls to go as a side with any meal or use to make sliders and sandwiches. Baking essentials I like – King Arthur Flour, saf instant yeast, redmond real salt.

- 1 kitchen scale
Ingredients
- 2 cups warm milk
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 1/2 cups Flour All purpose
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 6 tbsp butter softend
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl in the order listed.
- Knead the dough with dough hook on your mixer or by hand.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise 60 to 90 minutes (it will be noticeably puffy, so make sure it a large bowl).
- Gently punch down the dough and break off chucks of dough weighing 50 grams each and roll them into a dough ball and place on a parchment paper lined or greased baking sheet.
- Cover and let rise until double in size, 30 minutes to an hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 12-14 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter while warm
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat to soften them up after storing.
