Flour Tortilla
Flour tortillas from scratch

1 griddle/skillet
1 rolling pin
1 scale
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp Lard
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup warm water
Knead all ingredients together in mix with dough hook or hands
Tear into a dozen golf ball size chunks or weight out 60 -64 grams per dough ball. Roll between your hands to create a ball
place onto greased tray, cover and let them rest for 15 minutes
dip one at a time into a little flour and use rolling pin to roll them out approximately 5-6 inches in diameter
Heat griddle to medium high temperature and add tortilla
cook each side for 45 - 60 seconds or until light brown spots form
Place between towels to keep warm
