Ingredients

broth

chili powder

salt

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

sugar
cane sugar

seasoning salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the chili powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and seasoning salt in a bowl, and mix thoroughly to create a rub.
Apply rub to surface of brisket and place in a roasting pan.
Cook brisket, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and add broth to roasting pan. Lower oven temperature to 300 degrees, cover roasting pan with the lid, and cook 3 more hours.
Remove from the oven and let the brisket rest 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Leftovers are great for French dip sandwiches or brisket tacos.
