Ingredients

cup
brown sugar
1 1/2
cup
of cocoa powder
1 1/2
cup
of water
Instructions
Mix everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce to a simmer and whisk until it starts to thicken.
Take it off the burner, let it cool.
Place in airtight container and store in the fridge. It will also thicken in the fridge.
Notes
Note: use only 1 cup of water if you want a fudge like consistency. Makes about 2 cups
